Amon Carter Senior passing out silver dollars to news vendors at Elks Club dinner. There are men seated at several long rectangular dinner tables dressed in formal attires with plates of food and drinks in front of them. Mr. Carter is walking around the room passing out silver dollars and there are two other unidentified men standing at their table.
