Bluebonnet Belle, a baby hippo, who Monday observers her second birthday, shows off her four baby teeth as she begs for a little bite to eat. Her appetite was soothed with half a bale of hay. Photograph of young hippopotamus in her enclosure. She is in the water with mouth open and is being fed. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition October 06, 1947.
