Edgar Deen, Watt, Allen and Carter. .The men are standing in a row and Mr. Allen lifts up a shovel filled with sand at the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show buildings groundbreaking ceremonies. They are all wearing suit and ties with hats and are standing in a row with most of them looking towards the camera except Mr. Deen, who is looking straight on as he stands sideways. .
