Mr. Fellows, of Washington, D. C., is the assistant chief engineer of the Works Projects Administration. He is in town to inspect the project. He is wearing a double breasted pinstripe suit. City Manager Bothwell is dressed in a three piece suit. Mr. Colglazier is, of San Antonio, Texas, is the state director of Works Projects Administration operations. He is wearing a pinstripe suit.
