    Fort Worth Army Air Field ground breaking for housing program. Amon Carter, left, and General Ramey at right (man in center not identified). The men are dressed in military uniform except Mr. Carter who is wearing a suit and tie with a hat. The unidentified man in the center is holding a shovel in the grass and is bent forward while the other two men stand beside him upright on each side. Mr. Carter and the man in the center are facing the camera and smiling while Brig. Gen. Ramey is looking down at the shovel. There are other people on the field at a distance in the photograph.
