Description
Portion of $250,000 square foot plant being erected for the American Asphalt Roof Corporation on the old Star refinery grounds off West Seventh Street. On the roof are two men scale some scaffolding. To the left, another construction worker works, perched on the scaffolding just above the ground. A ladder leans against the building, and several windows are open. A dirt road leads up to several cylindrical tanks to the left of the building, and several construction workers are nestled in between the tanks.
