Expansion at the A. Brandt Upholstering Company on East Lancaster Avenue, where two more floors have been added. Several windows to the building are open. A water tower is seen in the back of the building. In the front of the building there is a construction worker carrying a beam, a wheel barrow, a few parked cars, some electric lines, and various construction debris.
