    Description

Feathered Jackpot. Phillip Reed Webster grinned to learn he'd hit the feathered jackpot in the Ark Fund love bird contest. His pair of love birds (smootchy as all get-out, one of the onlookers said) came with housing problem already solved. He won the cage too. Phillip is shown with his pair of love birds in their cage.
