Description

A new baby elephant arrived at the Forest Park Zoo. There to welcome her are left to right, Bess Stephenson, zookeeper Hamilton Hittson, Mrs. Hittson and Doctor H. V. Cardona. Miss Stevenson is wearing a plaid dress. Mr. Hittson is dressed in a short-sleeve button-up shirt, striped trousers, and cowboy boots. He is holding a flashlight. Mrs. Hittson is wearing a scarf around her hair and a striped dress. Doctor Cardona is dressed in a button-up shirt, a bandanna, and trousers. The group is sitting along a post in the elephant's stockade.
