Description
The Forest Park Zoo's newest baby elephant is being welcomed by Park Superintendent Harry Adams. She nodded her acknowledgement but went right on with what she was doing - spraying her back with cool, damp sand. She was right at home in two minutes. Mr. Adams is wearing a dress shirt and striped trousers. Assistant zookeeper Julian Frazier is standing in the background holding the elephant's chain.
