On hand for the technical discussions Thursday opening the spring meeting of the Southwest district of production, American Petroleum Institute, at Blackstone Hotel was this trio from West Texas and the Panhandle. Left to right are T. G. Post, North Basin Pools Engineering Committee, Midland; E.A. Paschal, Oil Development Company, Amarillo, and V.E. Cottingham, Midland, chairman of the North Basin group. In the picture, the three men are having a conversation. They are wearing suits and ties. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition March 28, 1947.
