Description
T. F. Kelleher, engineer for Parsons, Brinckerhoff, Hogan and Macdonald, New York engineering firm, presenting to Beth Sandlin a questionnaire distributed in a survey to ease downtown parking problems. Kelleher is studying the parking problem and 31,000 questionnaires were distributed. In this picture Sandlin is wearing a striped dress while Kelleher is wearing a suit and tie and a hat. They are standing outdoors in front of a wall and a window with blinds. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition March 24, 1947.
