Amon G. Carter Sr., left , and J. C. Penney. The men are in J.C. Penney's shop in front of a pillar with a wheel from the fat stock show, some hay, and flowers. They are standing in opposite directions and are facing each other. They both have one of their legs on a raised platform. Mr. Penney has his right hands on the wheel while Mr. Carter has his left hand on his lap of the leg on the platform. They are dressed in suits and tie, vests, inner collared shirts, and hats. In the background, there are clothing items folded on tables for sale.
