Description

Firefighters fought a blaze in downtown Fort Worth, Texas, for two hours Friday afternoon. The fire spread through the 1300 block on Houston Street. It began when an unidentified worker dropped a flaming match box in a furniture store. A large crowd of people are shown gathering on the streets, watching the fire. The stores in the background include Elliston Radio and Refrigerator Service, Jones Liquor, B. B. S. Store, and Home Furniture.
