Fort Worth, Texas is hosting a railway directorate. Officials in attendance, left to right, are W. G. Vollmer, R. E. Harding, and P. J. Neff. Mr. Vollmer, of Dallas, Texas, is president of the organization. He is dressed in a three-piece suit. Mr. Harding is president of Fort Worth National Bank and a director of the Texas and Pacific Railway Company (T&P). He is wearing a three-piece suit. Mr. Neff of St. Louis, Missouri, is president of the Missouri Pacific Railroad and a T&P director. He is dressed in a double breasted suit.
