Description
The Texas Christian University Horned Frogs (white jerseys) are hosting the visiting Rice University Owls at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. Frog Gene Wardynski (27) is shown driving down the court to the basket. The other players, left to right, are J. D. Thomas (12-Owls), Harmon Walters (14-Owls), Leroy Pasco (24-Frogs), Frank Kudlaty (22-Frogs), Hiram Walker (24-Owls), and John McDonald (21-Owls). In a huge upset, the Frogs went on to win the game 55-50. The win broke an 18-game losing streak.
