Fort Worth's Community Chest is holding their annual dinner meeting, Wednesday night. In attendance, left to right, are Joe C. Stephens and C. W. Wofford. Mr. Stephens is one of the organizers of the Community Chest. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Wofford is president of the organization. He is wearing a three-piece pinstripe suit.
