Description
Major General P. C. Tsui (left) and Major General S. S. Young, of the Chinese Army veterinary service, arrived in Texas to study horse breeding and veterinary science. Besides Fort Worth, Texas, they will visit three other Texas cities, College Station, San Antonio and Houston, as well as the King Ranch. The generals are standing in front of a window with the blinds closed. Both men are wearing military uniforms.
