    In recognition of the financial condition in Tarrant County, Texas, the Junior Chamber of Commerce is presenting the county auditor with a watch. Pictured left to right are J. M. Williams and Stewart Hellman. Mr. Williams, county auditor, is admiring his new watch. He is dressed in a double-breasted suit. Mr. Hellman, representing the Jaycees, is dressed in a three-piece suit.
