Description

The National Housing Administration is meeting to discuss locations of temporary veteran housing units in Texas. In attendance, left to right, are Dr. Umphrey Lee, Judson Hannigan, and Dr. T. S. Painter. Dr. Lee is a professor at Southern Methodist University (S. M. U.). He is dressed in a dark, double-breasted suit. Mr. Hannigan is the executive assistant to the National Housing Administration. He is wearing a three-piece suit. Dr. Painter is a professor at the University of Texas. He is dressed in a pinstripe suit. The three men are shown standing in front of a map of the United States. They are looking at a notepad that Dr. Lee is holding.
