    Description

The Fort Worth Police Department is facing an uptick in crime. Constructing a plan, left to right, are Uniformed Division Inspector R. R. Howerton and Police Chief R. E. Dysart. The men are studying an enlarged city map with five new districts where cars will patrol. The new districts will be added to the present 12 one at a time as cars and radio sets arrive. In addition, the city is hiring new policemen. Inspector Howerton is dressed in a striped suit. Chief Dysart is wearing a dark, three-piece suit.
