The Rosemont Park Veteran Housing Project is helping house former soldiers and their families. The first tenants are Corporal and Mrs. James Conoly and their nine-month-old son, George Conoly. The family is shown gathering around the kitchen table, feeding George from his highchair. Corporal Conoly is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He is dressed in a collared shirt, necktie and trousers. Mrs. Conoly is wearing a striped dress.
