Description

J. Frank Davis has been appointed administrative assistant by the city manager. He will succeed Jack Wood, who resigned on February 1, 1947. Mr. Davis has been a city employee of Fort Worth, Texas, since 1926. He briefly left to serve 40 months with the United States Army. Mr. Davis is shown sitting at his desk, dressed in a double breasted pinstripe suit.
