Mr. Shiplet is the new general superintendent of the West Texas-New Mexico division of the Texas Company. He spent the last 19 years with Texaco in Midland, Texas. He is dressed in a pinstripe suit. Mr. Williams is the manager of the same division of the Texas Company. He is wearing a three-piece suit.
