Description
The Junior Chamber of Commerce has set up a poll tax booth in a house trailer at the corner of 7th and Main Street. Fletcher Ward (left) is writing out a receipt for H. T. Stedman. Waiting to pay is W. R. Rucker. Standing in the background, left to right, are James W. Pritchard, who donated the trailer, and Lucian Willoughby. All five men are dressed in suits.
