Description
Rosemont Park Veteran Housing Project is helping house former soldiers and their families. Hanging a sign, left to right, are Johnny Grammer and M. V. Carlton. Mr. Grammer is the resident supervisor of the project. He is dressed in a suit. Mr. Carlton is the maintenance superintendent for the Fort Worth Housing Authority. He is nailing an identification sign on the rental office. He is wearing a leather coat and trousers. The housing project was converted from the mess halls at Camp Barkeley. The structure is divided to house four families.
