Description
The Junior Chamber of Commerce is installing new street markers in Fort Worth, Texas. Pictured left to right are Bob McKinley, Joe Coffman, Bob McCelvey, and Mayor Roscoe L. Carnrike. The mayor is lending the Jaycees a hand as they place the concrete post in the ground. Mr. McKinley is dressed in a tweed suit. Mr. Coffman, Jaycee president, is dressed in a hat, suit, and a coat. Mr. McCelvey is wearing a hat and a suit. Mayor Carnrike is dressed in a hat and a suit.
