Description

Mr. and Mrs. Hal Carpenter and little Tommy, V-J Day Baby whose mother is trying to regain his custody. The three are shown sitting on a wooden bench together as Mr. and Mrs. Carpenter look on at Tommy. Tommy stands between the two and looks on at Mrs. Carpenter while he holds a piece of fruit chew. Mr. Carpenter is wearing a suit and Mrs. Carpenter is wearing a ruffle blouse with a skirt and jacket on top. She is also wearing a beret. Tommy's mother, Mrs. Cowan, is seeking out custody. He is currently in the custody of the Carpenters.
