Description

Mrs. Ted Samosch, Red Cross first-aid chairman, and Fort Worth Mayor Roscoe Carnrike. The two are shown standing next to each other as Mayor Carnrike shows his proclamation to Mrs. Samosch, declaring January 13- 19 "American Red Cross First Aid Week". Mrs. Samosch is smiling up at him while Mayor Carnrike looks at the document. He is wearing a dark, double-breasted suit while Mrs. Samosch is wearing a turtleneck and skirt. Behind them is a desk with a framed picture of a young boy.
