Description

Mrs. Annie L. Warren, retired after 34 years service with the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway. Mrs. Warren is shown in front of a closet filled with canned fruits and vegetables that she grew in her own yard, holding a few of those jars in her own hands. She is wearing a striped shirt with a dark apron tied around her waist. She is also wearing a hair net and a pair of eyeglasses. Fellow employees gave her a radio and a lamp to show their appreciation.
