Description

The Fort Worth athletic department is transforming Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum into a basketball venue. Putting the finishing touches on the basketball court, left to right, are Herman Clark, I. C. Crow, and Coach Hub McQuillan. Mr. Clark is the athletic director of Fort Worth schools. He is dressed in a double breasted, pinstripe suit. Mr. Crow is running a floor sander over the court. He is wearing a hat, striped t-shirt, and trousers. Coach McQuillan is the head basketball coach at Texas Christian University (T. C. U.). He is dressed in a double breasted suit.
