Description

Midland, Texas is holding their sixth annual rodeo. One of the boosters responsible for the rodeo's growth is Homer Epley. Mr. Epley is the secretary of Midland Fair Incorporation. He is shown with one of the prize saddles for the Regular Cowgirl Sponsor's Contest. The saddle is being donated by the Blackstone Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Epley is wearing a hat, button-up shirt, necktie, and trousers.
