Description
The Fort Worth Cancer Society's Charity Bowl grid classic is being held at Farrington Field on New Years Eve. The high school teams competing in the Bowl are the Istrouma Indians, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and St. James of Port Arthur, Texas. The true football fans, sitting in the stands and braving the snow are Tom Dennis Senior and Tom Dennis Junior, of Port Arthur. Mr. Dennis is the former coach of Port Arthur High School, which won the state finals in 1944. He is wearing a hat, scarf, and a coat. Tom Junior is bundled in a trapper hat, scarf, and coat.
