    Description

    Swift and Company employee Miss Lumena LeMay (center) receiving gifts from fellow employees and ex-servicemen. Miss Maurine Ramsey, left, former Army nurse now employed at Swift and Company's Fort Worth plant, presented Miss LeMay, secretary to the general manager, with a radio-phonograph console on behalf of the veterans at the plant, to whom Miss LeMay wrote while they were in service. Among the veterans are (from left) Miss Frances Jarvis, C. M. Cassell, "Soapy" Mooty and Horace Blacklock. The group is gathered in front of a building.
