Texas Farmers Union members association president J. J. Berg of Panhandle, Texas (right); Secretary Frank Overturf of Amarillo, Texas (left) J. C. Rice of Monday, Texas. Rice is shown sitting at a table while Berg and Overturf stand on either side of him. They are looking over educational material shown during a conference of delegates from throughout the state. Rice appears to be pointing something out on the form to Berg as he looks up at him. The trio of men are all dressed in dark suits with neckties. On the table, there are three small ash trays scattered about, including one with a cigar in it.
