Description

The Texas Sheep & Goat Raisers Association is holding their annual convention in Fort Worth, Texas. In attendance, left to right, are Joe G. Montague and John P. Lee. They are discussing problems in the cattle, lamb, and wool industries. Mr. Montague, of Fort Worth, is the general counsel for the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association. He is smoking a pipe, dressed in a suit and bow tie. Mr. Lee, of San Angelo, Texas, is a former livestock superintendent of the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show. He is holding a cowboy hat and wearing a suit. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition December 12, 1946.
