Description
Texas National Guard maneuvers in Louisiana. A rough wooden table and some canvas deck chairs serve as open-air headquarters for this trio as they pore over maps and make plans for an all-night stand during preliminary maneuvers on the muddy terrain of Louisiana. Left to right, Captain C. H. Dobbs, Captain Jack Stringfellow and Lieutenant Colonel Karl Wallace, all of Fort Worth. All men are also of the headquarters staff of the One Hundred and Forty-second Infantry. Here they are seen sitting around a table with a map, planning.
