Description
Texas National Guard maneuvers in Louisiana. These officers are directing the One Hundred and Thirty-First Field Artillery in the Third Army maneuvers in Louisiana. Left to right, Colonel Thomas A. Bay of Plainview, commanding officer of the regiment; Lieutenant Colonel Walter C. Jennings of Fort Worth, regimental executive officer; Captain Roy Bradley of San Antonio, plans and training officer; and Second Lieutenant Ira Fowler of Jacksboro, reconnaisance officer. All four men are seen standing outside a tent mid-conversation. Captain Bradley hold a clipboard and a cigar.
