The Texas Sheep & Goat Raisers Association is holding their annual convention in Fort Worth, Texas. Early arrivals, left to right, are Tuff Whitehead, S. L. Stumberg, and C. B. Wardlaw. Mr. Whitehead is a director from Del Rio, Texas. He is dressed in a button-up shirt, paisley necktie, and trousers. Mr. Stumberg, of Sanderson, Texas, is president of the organization. He is wearing a suit. Mr. Wardlaw is a rancher in Del Rio. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition December 10, 1946.
