Description
The North Side High School football team played an undefeated regular season, giving them a spot in the Bi-District round. They earned a victory over Dallas Adamson and will advance to the quarterfinals. The Steers players, left to right on the front row, are Alvin Williams, Wilson George, Dub Cornelius, Bob Wilson, Dole, Reynolds, Bob Vann, Charles Johnson, Wendell Poteet, Don Bilbary, Bob Roper, Billy Jack Harper, Herbert Stone, Billy Butler, and Glenn Wood. On the back row are Bob Reed, Homer Dear, H. C. Meith, Bill Bumgarner, Bob Easly, Yale Lary, James Brewer, and Wallace Hooper.
