Description
Mock war or real McCoy, soldiering is soldiering just the same. Almost as interested in reading as eating. Left to right, Lieutenant Colonel E. V. Hardwick, Stamford; Captain J. R. Juliusson, Wichita Falls; Lieutenant O. H. Bryant, Abilene; Captain C. H. Brown, Wichita Falls; and Major L. L. Rupert, Beaumont, all infantrymen. All five men are seen around a table eating and drinking, while the four on the right share a newspaper. Lieutenant Colonel Hardwick reads a separate sheet of paper solo.
