Seven-year old Lynn Mayfield is ready to celebrate Thanksgiving. He is pictured with a napkin tucked in the collar of his shirt as he chows down on a big turkey drumstick. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Loyd Mayfield. Lynn is sitting on a bench, dressed in a short-sleeve shirt and trousers. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition November 28, 1946.
