Description

Fort Worth Red Cross First Aid Committee members Fire Chief Ligon (left), Police Chief Dysart and Mrs. Ted Samosch. The trio is shown sitting at a desk, discussing over plans for training courses for firemen and policemen. Each of them are holding a paper clipped document and reading over it. Ligon and Dysart are dressed in dark suits with neckties and Mrs. Samosch is wearing a highly patterned jacket with a beaded beret. The men are also wearing eyeglasses. Other than the planning documents, there are two ash trays and a few fountain pens scattered about, as well. Behind them is a wall with a closed window.
