A dinner is being held at the International Order of Odd Fellows (I. O. O. F.) to honor C. M. McLaughlin, left. Mr. McLaughlin, of Tyler, Texas, is the general commander of the Patriarchs Militant branch of the I. O. O. F. He has been a member of the organization for 19 years and was appointed to the position of general commander on September 19, 1946. During the dinner, he outlined plans for rebuilding the Order in Europe. Mr. McLaughlin is dressed in his uniform. The man standing at the right is unidentified.
