Description
Fort Worth city policeman and Mrs. Vivian P. Howell are pictured here. They are married for nearly 30 years. In the picture, Mrs. Howell is smiling while seating on a chair with a floral pattern and net. She is wearing a knee length dress and has her hair tied up in a bun while her husband is wearing a suit and tie and glasses. Mr. Howell places his left hand on the chair. He will retire January 1 after serving more than 25 years. In the background, there is a painting on the wall and a side table with a lamp on it. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 18, 1946.
