Attorney James J. Carter works as a law clerk and secretary to Judge Leon McCord with the U. S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. During the war Mr. Carter worked as a prosecutor of Japanese war criminals. Mr. Carter is shown studying at his desk. He is diving back into his law textbooks. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 11, 1946.
