    John C. Wilson, of St. Louis, Missouri is the Manager of Red Cross Mid-Western Area. He is in Fort Worth, Texas to speak at a conference held at the Hotel Texas. Twenty-three Red Cross chapters are being represented at the convention. Mr. Wilson is promoting the Red Cross' peacetime programs. He is dressed in a three-piece pinstripe suit.
