Description

George J. Ryan is a special investigator for the United States War Assets Administration. The organization's role is to prevent fraudulent practices that might result in preferential treatment of certain classes of buyers. He is in charge of a staff of ten investigators. Mr. Ryan was formerly an agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He is shown sitting at his desk, dressed in a double breasted, pinstripe suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, September 3, 1946.
