Description
Howard J. Johnson has been named the new educational director of First Christian Church in Fort Worth, Texas. He is a former lieutenant colonel in the Army Air Forces where he served twenty-six months in the Pacific theater as a chaplain. Colonel Johnson is a graduate of James Milliken University at Decatur, Illinois and Denver Bible College in Colorado. He has earned a Masters and plans to continue his education at Texas Christian University. He is currently living in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and their six-year old daughter, Frances Jean. Colonel Johnson is shown standing against a wall, dressed in his military uniform. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 9, 1946.
