Dr. Frank C. Beall is president of the W. I. Cook Memorial Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He and his brother Dr. K. H. Beall have been at the hospital since the 1930's. In addition to running the hospital, Dr. Frank Beall is a premier surgeon. He is pictured wearing a dark suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
